No advisory or fiduciary relationship

This tool provides educational projections based on the assumptions you enter. It is not personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and using it does not create an advisor-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and us. Any recommendation, "optimal" label, or similar output reflects the mathematical result of the assumptions you provided — nothing more.

No guarantee of accuracy or outcomes

Projections rely on simplified models of federal and state tax law, Social Security rules, Medicare/IRMAA thresholds, and assumed market behavior. These models may not reflect the most recent law, your complete financial or tax situation, or how markets actually perform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any figure shown, and actual results may differ materially from any projection.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this tool, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (or $100 if you have not paid us anything).

What this tool does not do

This tool does not execute trades, initiate Roth conversions, change your Social Security claiming age, transfer funds, or take any action on your accounts. It only produces projections and estimates based on inputs you provide. Any action you decide to take based on those projections is between you and your financial institutions, and should generally be reviewed with a licensed advisor first.

Your data

We store the account balances, income estimates, and other planning inputs you provide in order to run and save your projections. This is sensitive financial information even though it does not include your Social Security number. We do not sell this data.
